Measure the length and width of the inside bottom of your cradle, bassinet or changing table

• Choose - Futon Mattress Size L x W - inches
• Choose - Futon Mattress Shape (rectangle or rectangle with rounded corners)

Futon mattress pad will be shipped 2 inches larger than size ordered.

Example: 30x15 will come 32x17

This allows futon pad to shrinkage after washing and drying in machine.

Please wash and dry BEFORE using - it will shrink up to the size ordered.
